This rope is very comfortable to use. it helped me with my double unders and sprints. the thin, slick cable rotates smoothly and faster than the conventional jump ropes that are available in your local stores. The over the counter jump ropes from sports authority, walmart, etc. will fall short in comparison to this one. from my experience, the over the counter ropes have a sluggish delay when it rotates, the feeling is as if your hands are turning faster than the rope (a split second delay). my suspicion is that the material used in the generic over the counter ropes have poor aerodynamics which causes the sluggish delay. Contrary to the generic rope, this cable freestyle jump rope delivers superb performance. the interior layer is an actual cable which is coated with vinyl giving it a little weight which in return gives it an instantenous motion matching your handspeed. if you want this jump rope to last long, be sure to use this indoors or in smooth surfaces, since the outdoor may damage the vinyl coating and in turn compromise the longevity of the rope.

The prefect jump rope

I'm 6 foot and this rope is prefect performance rope. adjustable length, durable rope, fast accurate ,I use it for freestyle and intense multiple unders or for speed and endurance training. I use it in my YouTube videos virgopaul1. you want to get better at jump rope you need a jump rope that doesn't stretch when you start to go faster . Like the rubber ones in local sport stores. When the rubber ropes brake you lose $10 or $20 .when the freestyle rope brakes you buy a new cable for 2dollars and the cable rope last 5 times longer. I'm going to say this rope is the best jump rope ever!!!!

I also bought the Boxer and the Championship Freestyle. This rope is faster than both of those because of the cable wrapped in thin plastic. Freestyle is easy with this rope, and the word "Freestyle" is not in the title just for marketing. I bought all 3 ropes for about $39 including shipping, which is the price of one rope from some other brands.
For perspective, I'm 6'2" and have been jump roping for years. Ropes tend to be the perfect length for me right out the box. These ropes here are no exception. Over many years, I have used various leather ropes and a plethora of PVC ropes. I am currently not in the market for one of those super-fast, cable ropes this site sells. This Cable Freestyle is faster than I am. To people like me who are into fitness and freestyle, I recommend buying the three ropes I bought, or you can save your money and just get this rope. This is my favorite rope of all-time. I appreciate a well-made product.
