Quad Speed Cable Jump Rope - Buy It |

1) Finest jump rope I have ever used 2) I will continue to use, will buy again, and highly reccomend 3) Improvement over Ultra Speed Cable Jump Rope - handle a bit longer and wider. Mechanism smoother. 4) Ordering and delivery = flawless and easy
Opportunities: 1) Again, cable too short for me - Please sell 10-foot lengths. Problem solved by purchase of 1/16" (3/32" OD) 7x7 vinyl coated cable for 30 cents/foot. 2) Although slick and effective, I do not prefer the stopping mechanism that connects the cable directly to the handle. It does not allow for free twisting of the rope within the handle. I removed the handle set screws and use the stops and collars from the Ultra Speed set up. 3) It is only compatible with coated and noncoated cable - not for use with PVC tube or a beaded option?

Just got this. I also have the Cable Freestyle with white coated wire. I'm just a beginner. The Quad Speed turns very fast and doesn't kink. I'm still getting accustomed to this rope. The cable is coated and considerably smaller in diameter than the Cable Freestyle. It is quite easy to get to 170-180 skips per minute. Less effort than the Cable Freestyle. Don't know any tricks yet. I do single jump w/ both feet, running in place (alternate foot), and single foot (hopping on one foot). Can't do crossovers or multiple unders yet. Also, the handles are quite small, as I have been using the Cable Freestyle with 8 inch handles and used to them.

The "Quad Speed" is VERY fast... I got like 73 in speed...
The handles are 1Ox better! The other ones Sophie and I always found got really slippery and sweaty and you got like hand cramps from holding them tightly to make sure they didn't slip away. I would buy one. It is so much lighter and it turns easier than my other wire rope. Freaky light
