Indoor & Outdoor Training Rope

A smooth and durable training rope designed for endurance and fitness workouts. Intended for jumpers who need a quick but durable rope for combining speed and crossing moves during training. Tangle and kink resistant PVC cord and unbreakable polymer handles ... a great rope to toss in your gym bag.

Durability:  Comes with a heavier solid core 5mm PVC cord (10' length) that can take a beating on any surface (concrete, pavement, wood flooring, etc.). Super durable. The cord attaches at a 90-degree angle, which eliminates the possibility of breakage at the the handle. The handles are extremely light and spin effortlessly with no tangles, enabling great speed.

Easy sizing: Features a snap lock system that makes it easy to adjust the rope to your perfect length. Comes with a 10 foot rope. One size fits all (will fit anybody up to 6' 6" tall). Resize for your purposes according to our sizing guide. Snap/lock system makes adjusting length very easy. Simply slide the adjustable end to the desired length and trim off the excess cord with some scissors.

    Quick service, just as described

  2. 3.0 out of 5 starsAnnoying but not worth the UPS hassle of returns star rating

It works, you can jump. The toggle that helps me adjust rope broke on one side the day I got the product, but I fixed that by tying the cord into a knot. Annoying but not worth the UPS hassle of returns. In retrospect, should've just shelled out more cash for a better rope.

its a good product, quality is good

  4. Solid rope if you're jumping on concrete star rating

Posted by Ian Britt on 28th Oct 2016

I jump rope a few times a week for some pretty hardcore, sweat inducing, dry heaving sessions that last around 30 minutes. In that 30 minutes, I jump over this stupid little plastic rope several thousand times. Since I usually do it on concrete (I've got knees of steal all you haters), I can't use a cable rope. I'll tear through a cable rope and start fraying the cables within 2 sessions, so I need a different alternative.

I've tried a few other plastic ropes in the past, and they were just too light to feel the rope. I couldn't tell where it is while I'm jumping, and even though it doesn't change too much, it throws me off just enough to where I can't impress the ladies quite as much. Since I'm ridiculously self-centered show-off, I put a lot of planning into my jump roping sessions by setting up a playlist with the right tempo, a tightly draped tank top to show off my Herculean shoulders, and a jump rope with the right feel...oh, and don't forget the personal misting fan for my cooldown session.

Anyways, most plastic jump ropes can't hold a candle compared to a cable rope in terms of weight and feel. This rope holds a wimpy, scrawny little candle, but at least there's a flame. If you don't have access to jumping on wood or matt floors and are afraid of wearing through a cable rope too quickly, this is a very good alternative - especially for the price.

  5. Great rope for intense cardio training and smooth double unders star rating

Posted by Kenneth Kim on 28th Apr 2016

This is a great rope if you are looking for a higher gear in your rope training. The rope is heavier than their standard rope so it definitely requires more energy per min to turn. The handles turn smooth and allow for continuous double unders. The only bad thing is that the handles are slippery (and a little skinny). This was easily fixed with some tennis racket handle tape. Now it is my go to rope for intense speed rope work and double unders.

The elite pro freestyle rope is perfect for standard roping including all of your fancy footwork and criss cross moves. The boxer training rope doesn't quite work for that type of jumping.

  6. Really, really great jump rope star rating

I own a few of these. I use these pretty much everyday to train for boxing. The rope is extremely durable and rotates smoothly. I bought one for my wife as well and she loves it.

The great thing about these is that you can jumprope anywhere: concrete, indoors, asphalt, etc. The thing will last.

  7. Simple, extremely durable jump rope star rating

By far the best Jump rope I've had, not as slow as other leather or weighted ones but also not as painful to get hit with as the cable ones. Excellent durability and simple design have made me order this jump rope on several different occasions

  8. Totally Awesome Jump Rope for Fitness and Fun! star rating

Posted by Alan K. on 20th Jan 2016

I purchased 2 of these boxer training ropes a few weeks ago and I can complete double unders more easily along with other jump rope tricks. There is less friction on the rope which allows it to move at faster speeds. My jump rope workouts are more enjoyable because I now trip over the rope less. I went from doing 3 to 4 double unders to now doing 41 double unders in a few weeks since this purchase.

The jump rope just took over. After years of not picking one up. It works like it's on auto pilot

  10. Buy this rope! star rating

I have several jump ropes. Leather, beaded, etc. This rope is by far the best I've ever used. As it's name suggests, it is exceptional for the boxer or anyone wishing to train like, and achieve the fitness level of, a boxer. My jump count literally doubled in a very short time with this rope.
