Very good, long handles. Great for tricks and freestyle.

This is the best jump rope I've ever used!! I found it it be great for freestyle as well as double unders because of the long handles and foam grips. I especially like that I can adjust the length to my height to get the perfect fit. And I was pleasantly surprised to find when I got the rope that you can adjust the height without actually cutting the cord. You can even lengthen it later on!

Jump ropes were great. I previously owned 1 and needed several for the members of the club. Everyone seem to enjoy using the jump ropes with no problems and the ability to fit the rope to each member height. Great ropes.

I was looking to get serious with my rope jumping to help rehab an injury and keep my workout fresh. This rope is much better than my other licorice speed rope. It is much faster and lighter, and the handles can really take a beating. They've been dropped a lot during the learning of releases, and they still look brand new. At a recent PE teacher conference, a few people borrowed my rope during a jump rope session, and they asked where I got it from. Do yourself a favor and get one.

Good rope for outdoors use. Personally, I prefer a bit heavier cable but long handles make it easier to jump and doing some tricks, all in all and for the price a quality rope. I will try some other cable to see how it works, I guess it will be a nicer experience.

I've got several jump ropes from Buy Jump Ropes. I decided to get this one since I was curious about the benefits of a long handle. My primary jump rope is the BOXER. The long handle is good, but I preferred the heavier 5mm cord so I ordered one ($3.00) to replace the 4mm cord. For me, it made a big difference since I'm more comfortable with the heavier cord. With the long handle, it is a bit easier to do tricks compared to the BOXER. Overall, I'm very pleased with it after replacing it with the 5mm cord.

Simply put this product is fantastic! I never post reviews but for this I will make the exception. I have/had one of the Championship Freestyle rope for years now which I use regularly. Nothing like this product exists or comes close in the UK which is why I order from so far away. My old back-up PVC ropes are shocking in comparison. They are so heavy, clunky, and tangle due to static electricity after only a few seconds of using. So thank you for providing such quality products. For someone puffing away trying to stay in shape as they approach 40 it makes the
process that much more enjoyable (and bearable) when using decent equipment.

I'm 51 and I have been training in boxing gyms in Philadelphia for four (4) years now. I train almost as much as a pro boxer - Jump rope, road work, mitts, heavy bag, sparring, speed bag, shadow boxing and calisthenics. I have 7 ropes. I have a high tech one from the UK with cable and PVC with bearings for $50, licorice ropes from health and sporting goods stores, cables, etc. This rope is the only one I've used for the past year and half. Just a basic handle and PVC cord and that combo out performs all my BIG NAME ropes. Not a training day goes by without someone asking to use my rope. Listen - don't waste your $ on any other rope brand. Buy the 8" handle with 4 or 5 mil cord from BuyJumpRopes PERIOD! I'm ordering 2 more so I can jump without people bugging me for my rope.

The ropes are good quality, and reasonably priced. But above all, the customer service is worth every cent. We had a problem with a rope and they replaced it without hesitation. Great company.

You can't go wrong with this rope. I thought leather ball bearing ropes were the best. But the thickness of the leather actually creates drag and I was slower as a result. the wooden handles would slip out of my hands when doing tricks. This rope solves the problem. longer handles with the foam pad means i have better control. I recommend wrapping a little duct tape on all your ropes at the middle part that hits the floor. makes the rope last longer, without affecting performance.
